Fastitocalon: A massive whale that many sailors often mistake for an island.

Argopelter: A fearsome creature found in the conifer woods from Maine to Oregon. The creature would await in an hollowed out tree and hurl wood splinters and branches at intruders. The are described as being ten feet tall with an ape-like face.
